An Impeachment Based on Hearsay

House Democrats succumbed to public pressure and made their partisan impeachment hearings open and transparent. As America joined the audience of viewers watching this circus show, there are a few things that were a common thread between all three witnesses - not a single witness had a direct part in the alleged events that kick-started this entire process. All three individuals confirmed their separation from the allegations during the hearings.

The facts remain that there was no quid pro quo, there was no investigation opened in exchange for aid, President Trump has every right to question the use of American taxpayer dollars being used in foreign aid, and President Trump has provided more defensive lethal aid for Ukraine than President Obama ever did.

The hearings will continue into next week and so will the blatant abuse of power from Democrats. The resolution that Democrats used to codify this sham process gives Chairman Adam Schiff total power to silence Republicans during these hearings. Just this week, Rep. Elise Stefanik began asking questions to former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch and was immediately shut down by Schiff. This inquiry is nothing more than a partisan attack against President Trump with the goal to impeach him as the guiding point.

With no evidence to validate the allegations made by Democrats against the president, we know Democrats are only going to continue in search of imaginary conspiracies. This baseless impeachment inquiry only exists to further the liberal agenda of impeaching President Trump.
It's a shameful witch hunt that needs to end soon.

Planting Moon Trees
Vice President Mike Pence recently hosted a small group of space enthusiasts at his home to plant a Moon Tree. Moon Trees are from seeds that endured the unknowns of deep space travel to the moon and back. The seeds of the trees traveled 240,000 miles from Earth and circled the moon with Apollo 14 Astronaut Stu Roosa. Upon returning to Earth, the seeds were germinated and planted during the United States' Bicentennial and have since become know as "Moon Trees."

My office began working with astronaut Stu Roosa's daughter, Rosemary Roosa, who serves as president of the Moon Tree Foundation, to get a Moon Tree planted at the Vice President's home. This tree will soon be one of the only living pieces of the Apollo era to remain. This is an incredible opportunity for a living piece of our American space history to be planted at the Vice President's residence. I am grateful for Vice President Pence and President Trump's commitment to restoring America's exceptionalism in space. This tree will stand as a symbol of America's pioneering spirit and inspiration for generations to come.
